JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing content on mostly Instagram & TIKTOK.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize, research, and generate innovative content ideas that align with the surf school, our vision, values, and target audience.
  2. Create content for using on Instagram and Tiktok.
  3. Work with our Marketing Manager and photographer to develop content on INSTAGRAM & TIKTOK
  4. Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is search engine friendly and ranks well on relevant keywords.

What we are looking for:

We would like to see a portfolio of your past content work that show what you can do.

Excellent Writing Skills in english. Speaking a minimum of Spanish necessary.

Knowing well how to use Instagram & TikTok and the trends on TikTok.

Knowledge of photo and video editing tools.

Work early in the mornings (when most of our clients come to surf)

Willingness to embrace feedback and also be autonomous.
